Diversified Chiropractic: This technique is the most commonly accepted technique.  It combines classic joint mobilization with soft tissue manipulation.  It provides the greatest increases in joint range of motion throughout the musculoskeletal system.

Activator Technique: Joint mobilization by instrument. The technique is a "non-force technique".  The joints and soft tissues are manipulated by the use of a small machine, which delivers very small impacts to the joints and muscle areas.  This is a non-invasive technique is used in situations where the patient requires very gentle thrust to achieve the required results, or diversified manipulation is contra-indicated.

New solution for neck and back pain

Effective treatment for:

  • Sciatica
  • Bulging discs
  • Herniated discs
  • Pinched nerves
  • Facet Syndrome
  • Degenerative disc disease
  • Golf Related pain

Spinal Decompression Therapy is FDA cleared with an 86-92% success rate.

Spinal Decompression Therapy is performed on a specially designed table. Your position on the table, the harness and the angle of the gentle distration allows for accurate and focused treatment to the affected disc. The pulling action creates a negative pressure inside the herniated, bulging, or deteriating disc, allowing it to retract naturally, thus relieving disc pressure on the nerve. Also, the gentle stretching and relaxing of the spine fosters a phenomenon called "imbibtion". In the simplest of terms, this is the way a normal disc gets nutrition. this pumping action promotes nutrition intake into the discs, something often lost in damaged and degenerative disc conditions. The motion also can resupply the disc with nutrients and blood contact that help the disc heal from the inside out. Also the decompression can foster the drawing in of a bulge and help take pressure of a "pinched" spinal nerve.

Ultrasound Therapy
Ultrasound is a deep heating treatment that is most effective in heating tissues of deep joints. It is helpful in improving the distensibility of connective tissue, which facilitates stretching. Ultrasound machines utilize high or low frequency sound waves that are transmitted to the surrounding tissue and vasculature, penetrating the muscles to cause deep tissue and muscle warming. This promotes tissue relaxation and therefore is useful in treating muscle tightness and spasms. The warming effect of the sound waves also cause the blood vessels to dilate, which increases circulation to the areas needing healing.

Cold Laser Therapy                                                    Low level laser therapy is light or photon energy with the unique property of being able to penetrate up to two inches below the skin surface causing an increase in cellular metabolism with no tissue damage or pain whatsoever.  For the treatment of :

Carpal tunnel syndrome
Cervical Neck pain
Low back pain
Joint pain
Arthritis
Sports Injuries
Muscle Pain
Wound healing
Fibromyalgia
Myofasial pain

Cold laser is FDA approved

Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a very specialized form of manual therapy. A therapist trained in NMT is educated in the physiology of the nervous system and its effect on the muscular and skeletal systems. The Neuromuscular Therapist also is educated in kinesiology and biomechanics
By definition, Neuromuscular Therapy is the utilization of static pressure on specific myofascial points to relieve pain. This technique manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscles, tendons and connective tissue) to balance the central nervous system
Neuromuscular Therapy can be used to address five elements that cause pain:

1. Ischemia: Lack of blood supply to soft tissues which causes hypersensitivity to touch

2. Trigger Points: Highly irritated points in muscles which refer pain to other parts of the body

3. Nerve Compression or Entrapment: Pressure on a nerve by soft tissue, cartilage or bone

4. Postural Distortion: Imbalance of the muscular system resulting from the movement of the body off the longitudinal and horizontal planes

5. Biomechanical Dysfunction: Imbalance of the musculoskeletal system resulting in faulty movement patterns (i.e., poor lifting habits, bad mechanics in a golf swing of tennis stroke, computer keyboarding)

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage speeds the venous return of unoxygenated and toxic blood from the extremities and shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. Massage increases circulation without increasing heart load, stretches the ligaments and tendons, stimulates the skin and nervous system, reduces stress, and stimulates the lymph flow, The lymph flow is the body’s natural defense system against toxic invaders. Therapeutic massages also reduces post-surgery adhesions and edema can be used to reduce and realign scar tissue after healing.

Electotherapy

Includes heat or ice. Relieves muscle pain.

Foot problems can affect the rest of you body and how you feel. In fact, chronic low back pain is often the result of faulty foot biomechanics, thus stiff necks can be cause by problems in the feet. The causes of foot problems can include low arches, arches and over-pronation. ROC can alleviate you foot problems through the noninvasive use of orthotics.
